The Human Security Baseline Assessment for Sudan and South Sudan (HSBA) is a multi-year research project administered by the Small Arms Survey, an independent research project of the Graduate Institute of International and Development Studies. Through the active generation  and dissemination of timely empirical research, the project supports violence reduction initiatives.

Publications: The project publishes its findings regularly in various formats (Issue Briefs, Reports, and Working Papers) as well as occasional workshop reports, op-eds, and practitioner articles. Publications are available in English, Arabic, and French (in the case of research on the Central African Republic and Chad).

Documents: This section lists relevant peace agreements and UN reports and resolutions.

Archive: The archive section of the HSBA website contains older updates and versions of HSBA documents and publications, notably from the former Facts & Figures section of the website.
